FA Ranger Questions

Post by Johnny Law »

I'm currently an enlisted soldier going to OCS May 21 and was branched FA. I've been doing a lot of reading on FA and saw that they try to have all officers go to RIP during Phase 3 of BOLC. I was wondering if there was anyone in here who had any knowledge of what a FA officer does in a Ranger Bat, or have had any contact with any.

I'm pretty sure that it would be some sort of FO, but just how do they fit in the structure of the plt/unit.

Thanks in advance,
