SP = Security Police?

I was in 2d Bat.

Never saw any Security Police running around. For whatever that is worth.

I think we can call him a fake on the face of it.
Makes no sense whatsoever to locate 4 abn qualified gate guards, rush them from PoDunk AFB somewhere to link up with a highly trained specialised mission unit and then make a forced entry onto a hot DZ to do ..what exactly? Guard the gate at Salinas Airport to check the parking stickers on the 141s as they arrived with the 82d?
This clown is a liar who read a story or two about the CCTs & got his acronyms crossed.
Slap him with something slimy, please.

The only guys that were not organic to 2d Batt and who were manifested for the combat jump were some Engineers from the 82d. We took them because they knew how to drive bulldozers which satellite imagery showed on the tarmac.

I cannot speak for 1st Batt, but I think that this zoomie needs to have his testicles twisted.

He may have been at Hunter, but I doubt it. I remember Army MPs covering the gates out there.

We had nothing to do with Ft. Stewart.

The ISB was at Hunter.

I was at HAAF, and posted on SFFT, He has disapeared so It's pretty aparent he's a fraud.

If, which I doubt, he ever responds it will be the same lame tired excuses that all posers use.

Show me yours, I don't need to tell you, etc.

What a chump.

That is pretty much how I remember it.

As I recall, their cherry blasts after jump school were over Point Salines.

One of my buddies was the PSG in the 618th Engr Co. (thats the unit they got the equipment operators from)at Bragg when Grenada went down. He said a couple of PVTs got to go on that mission that had just finished BAC. He said they were summoned in the middle of the night and the only one's hanging around the barracks were these new PVTs. He claimed it was a quick "hey you" type of deal. He said everyone had the ass cause these newbees got to go on the mission.
I remember hearing that shortly after the invasion.
Timing is everything! One of the privates did have his cherry blast over Grenada - N/CE at Sicily DZ must've always seemed anticlimatic after that.
