First off, if you wanted someone to answer a question the first step is to ask a question. I have taken it upon myself to decipher what you have said and it seems like you want to know what being Ranger qualified is........
Being Ranger qualified means that you have completed Ranger school. Now being a Ranger is when you are assigned to the Regiment after completing RIP.

Now show a little respect and you might learn something. Also if Rangers aren't the best thing since sliced bread, tell me what it is because you obviously know.
