Ranger recruit update

Post by alakso »

Just got back from Ft. Benning where I attended my Ranger recruit
son's Turning Blue, and OSUT Graduation. My son is doing great and
scored a 290 on his final PT test and just missed shooting expert by 1
point. My son was also offered a SF contract during his last week of
OSUT. It blew him away that the SF wanted him. But he decided to
continue his goal of being one of the BEST, a US Army Ranger. I
dropped him off at Airborne last Sunday. He's on Airborne hold for a
week and will start Airborne training next Monday, and then off to
RIP. Thanks for all your help Rangers. God Bless the USA. RLTW...alakso
