IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE STRONGER THAN THIS. Make sure you are in the best shape of your life prior to going to SFAS.

Having trouble with the sizing of Page 6. Will keep trying. Might have to rescan the document.

Page six really just covers stretching and prepping for Ruck marching, a topic that has been beaten to death elsewhere in the forum.

It will be posted only to make sure all of you have a complete book.
