Too much water?

They are now saying that too much water could be deadly?!

I remember back in RIP when everyone was forced to chug a full canteen and then tip it upside down over their buddy's head.

I'd still think that it would be safer to 'over' drink. Docs?

YES, YES, YES!!!! Too much water can kill you. It's called hydro poisonsing and I have seen it once when I was a cadet before being a Ranger. Not a pretty sight. Same is true if you take too any IV's. One Ranger did this when I was in "to get rid of a hangover" and wound up in the emergency room.

To whom it may concern,

Use common sense, you know when your dehydrated and when you are not. Not only that, but I guarantee you will look real stupid in front of your superiors for giving your guys hydro poisoning because you thought it was funny to make them drink water till they puke over and over again!!
