Not as bad as the 12 miler IMO, but it was completely sucky. Regardless of how "hooah" you think you are, you'll have the urge to quit run through your head so many times. Just don't act on it.

Someone on this board (?) said "You can always push yourself a little more and a little harder. You can never go back from saying 'I quit'."

Two down, two to go. :)
