Is knife fighting irrelevant?

For a while at 1st Batt we had to carry those fuckin things. I used it to open up MRE's in Iraq.

Y'all are taking it for granted that you are in a one on one situation. Sometimes you need all three, two guns and a knife as multiple enemy develop as more than likely, you are on his home ground and not necessarially on your home ground. Beside if you are alone, or with family, it is highly unlikely a stranger will come to your aid. Bowing out is the best thing for your family unless pushed to act. Just remember, your family comes first. JMHO.
