Finished Jawbreaker this weekend, fast read and worth every minute. Great book. Makes you wonder about what thing would look like if the requested Ranger Battalion had been inserted on the back side of Tora Bora. Either way, thousands of Taliban and Al-Quada fighters were turned to fucking jelly by the endeavors of some great American fighting men and the technology our superior political and economic system is capable of producing.

I have been out for 16 years, and given the negative spin or outright omissions by our media as it pertains to our successes in the war, at times it can get downright depressing. Reading Jawbreaker, and Army Ranger.com, helps remind me that skilled, brutal men are doing the necessary work to prevail over our enemies and maintain our freedom.
