Ranger Nomad,
WO complete. Had to substitute the push pulls with 20 medicine ball (40 lb) presses. Some jackass broke the machine at the gym.

Re: Daily workout post
Thursday's WO is going to be an A or B workout. Depending on what equipment you have at your disposal.
WO A:
10 rounds, 1 min each of the following boxing exercises:
Heavy Bag / Jump Rope / Speed Bag
Take two minutes between rounds to catch your wind. One round consists of HB/JR/SB. You are going for max effort here. This will also improve your coordination. If you have the equipment available but have never boxed before, make sure you read up on how to wrap your hands. That is the single most important thing you can do for now.
or (not and)
WO B:
3 rounds, 10 min each of the following cardio exercises:
Rowing / Running / Biking
Take two minutes between rounds to catch your wind. One round is one exercise. So you will do ten minutes of rowing, two minutes rest, 10 min running etc. You are striving to maintain a constant effort. Do not coast, cruise or slow down. Ideally you would maintain a continual solid pace, which smokes your bags but does not render you unable to progress to the next round after two minutes.
Today, whichever workout you do, you should be drenched in sweat. It should be a pain to get your shirt off of your back. The wrestlers in here should know what I am talking about.
Get some and report back on which one you did and what you got out of it.

Did work out A. Don't have a speed bag here, so it was one minute heavy bag, one minute jump rope. After ten rounds it was 30 minutes of intervals on the stationary bike. So it was part A and part B :D
A 1/75 93-97
B&HHC 2/75 97-99
RS 3,4&5-95
This mighty soldier on the eve of the war he waged
Told his troops of lessons learned from battles fought.
"May your heart grow bolder like an iron-clad brigade"
Said this leader to his outnumbered lot.

Re: Daily workout post
Ranger Nomad,
I did workout B. I had to substitute an elliptical machine for rowing. I don't have access to a rowing machine. Didn't take much of a break between the elliptical machine and running to try and make up for not rowing. Although I wish I had a rowing machine, I got a lot out of this one. By the time I was done I had that feeling you get when you know you just got a little bit better.
