I'm getting the info from his initial orders - they have him remaining at Ft Jackson for his 13 week AIT. They definitely say he is a 92R Option 40. I had him ask at MEPS both times to make sure it was right. I knew that Rigger school was at Fort Lee they told him both times his orders were right. Maybe because of the training accident they are... I don't even know tbh. I hope it all works out - don't really have a choice but to trust the Army now. Haha that made me laugh out loud a little. He's still got a while before he reports to AIT. There's the AOC and Airborne school so I guess there's time for it to get sorted. Although, I'm a preplanner and already trying to coordinate his travel arrangements for Christmas Exodus. Thanks for the info about Ft. Lee. I'll just keep monitoring it.
