The 2011 Darwin award winner was announced today, I know... it's early yet. But you try topping the dumb ass that stabbed HIMSELF in the stomach to make a girl feel sorry for him.
You can't make this shit up.

Yeah, so..... After lunch, on the way home me and three others almost died. somewhere over the Cascades, IMC, we iced up. Of all my near death experiences, this was the first time I've ever been helpless. I did every thing I could, and it just didn't matter. for about two minutes I really thought we were 10 seconds away from simply tumbling uncontrollably out of the sky. Had max power applied and down to 20 KIAS at one point. I'm only sitting here because today was not my day. That simple. But it's sunny and beautiful, and this beer tastes damn good.

Thanks KW, it just keeps giving. You just gave me an excuse to have another beer, this one is in your honor of your pilot ju-ju.
You might not have been able to make things any better, but you sure could've made it worse. Earned your flight pay today. :)
BTW, once you landed all safe & sound, did your passengers thank you for pulling them through or try to kick your ass for coming so close?

Just my backseaters, who really didn't understand how bad it was til they heard how fast we were falling, because we couldn't feel anything that was happening, they sit facing backwards and weren't looking at the dash, and couldn't see anything out the windows. They thought they were dying just like us up front. So they were cool with us when we got out of it.
We were prepared for icing and looking for it, and just went for the ride when it went down

I was just thinking about the fact I have never posted on this thread.
Now that I have posted one less thing for the Bucket List.

I heard on radio today that Weiner checked into a rehab clinic
When he apologized to public & his wife for lying, I believe that was 1st time he told truth in 20 years. That statement & his pic shows he has balls!
I didn't know they had a clinic for liars.
