If there is anything that I can stress about training it is mental toughness. Training can create some unexpected hardships that are not physically demanding but are very mentally stressful. Having the capability to let everything roll off of your back is the most important characteristic (aside from physical fitness) day in and day out.

I agree. It's beautiful out there. When I first arrived and saw Mt Rainier I was in awe, never seen anything like it in my life, so much so that I just started walking backwards and staring at it, right into the street and almost got hit by a car my first day there.smsst14 wrote:Thank you Ranger gRavepc.
