Push Ups: 66
Sit Ups: 71
Run: 14:06
Pull Ups: 11

After some reflection I know what is causing my numbers to fluctuate. I'm going to have to sit down and actually write down what I'm going to do each day. I'm finding it too easy to put things off and end up doing last minute workouts or losing track of time and substituting distance runs for 60/120s. This is not a habit I need to be making.

Ranger Jim, I will be posting another APFT on July 18th (with pull ups), and I'll be on a hike for the next three days so I won't be able to view any messages I may receive until late this Sunday.

Push Ups:71
Sit Ups: 76
Run: 13:19
Pull Ups:12

I started the 12 week RASP program 2 weeks ago and I'm feeling much stronger. However, I tried slowing down my push ups today to try to get more and still only made 71 in 1:09 leaving 51 seconds to spare because I lost the strength in my shoulders. I'm going to start doing weighted exercises to increase my shoulders endurance.

UPDATE.

Rangers, I've met with my recruiter and finished up the rest of my paperwork and am currently waiting on a contract to pop up, and on top of that I'm no longer sick (caught strep) meaning I can get back to doing more PT. Things are finally going into motion.
