procarbines are tempermental, wouldnt recommend them. I worked for a year at a hobby store in town with a shooting range for paintball guns, damn things would get dropped 12 inches and something would come loose or air would start to leak. they shoot good but you have to take care of them more than autocockers.

when you go to tournaments like i do, you dont want to have to "field strip" your gun in the middle of play

It doesnt matter if you want to or not jackass. Your gun fucks up, you figure out whats wrong ei field strip.
If you dont want to "field strip" a gun, get a real gun that is less likely to have those problems. You dont want to have a troublesome gun. In a tournament you want a reliable gun that wont malfunction. Dont call me a jackass, you cocksucking shit fuck. I have been in more tournaments and paintball games than you will ever be! I have had to "field strip" guns before, then i figured out GET A BETTER FUCKING GUN!!!! wow what a concept?!

these posts are becoming pointless. You don't know my skillz with a paintball gun, and yes i have played with "nationally ranked playerz" that doesnt make you a better PBer. I have friends who could easily make it to national tournaments, but it doesnt work like that for them, school, family, wife, money. Just because someone isn't nationally known or ranked doesnt mean that they suck, and go ahead dont give a flying fuck about me, you say it like i care   The point of my posts is to say get a gun that is reliable rather than some POS procarbine that i have had alot of personal problems with, and buy a gun like an automag, or RT,or E-mag....... my weapon of choice! RELIABLE!!!!!!!! and damn GOOD!

Personally, I shoot a Smart Parts Impulse, nitro, freak barrel, and an evo 2 hopper. I play every weekend at Desert Dawgs PB in Lemon Valley (5 mins from reno). And my comments on this "marker war," it doesn't matter what gun the paintball came from, if it breaks on you, you're out. If your gun breaks, fix it, and if it can't be fixed, you stay IN the game and feed your friends paint until either you win or you lose. Even if you can't shoot, you can still grab that flag, and thats better than 10 million eliminations anyday. And for field stripping, the best maintenence in the world won't give you 100% protection against a chopped ball, or a leaky o ring. A 150 million dollar marker won't either. Thats part of the GAME, and part of life, shit happens, you either stick your hand up in the air, call "out" and quit, or you man up and try and win the game however you can. SINK OR SWIM.
(BTW - it doesn't matter if its a newb with a pump or a "nationally ranked player" with an Angel, if they shoot you, you're gone, no Q's asked)
