Tessa, thanks for the advice, unfortunately, due to circumstances I won't get into (long story) joining a gym is not currently an option for me.

Doc,

All the time when i run, about 10 minutes into it i get this killer cramp in my chest on the right side and into my left shoulder, and i always hydrate, thats just what im used to because my wrestling coach got me into the habit. I just ignore it and drive on, do you have a stretch or alternative soulution to the problem. Any thing would be helpful

Doc,

Im 18 and i mean evertime i run. Sorry for the mis understanding. Ohya i leave for basic on Monday the 21 so is there another alternitave to seeing a doctor, perhaps someone in basic if the problem persists
