The best way to lose weight is to get divorced. I have lost 30 lbs through stress and to relieve the stress I started running again. So things are looking good and now I have no gut. I probably could get RBA on again.

Here is a picture of me with the VERY Illusive RedRyder my friends! :lol: :lol: We went riding up to the Tunnel Inn (The local bar 5 miles away...It beats DWI :? ) And another of me in my chaps. :wink:
