Update

Post by Slims »

Well, since my last post I have completed OSUT and ABN, and am in hold awaiting my second SOPC class (I just went through class 0705, but was weak on land nav).

I was offered an accepted an 18x contract in basic and accepted for several reasons. Mostly because the 18x pipeline is absolutely jam packed with schools and because promotions come quickly to those successful few.

I am still living out of a locker so I don't have many opportunities to access the internet, but I will continue to check back from time to time.

Oh, and this site has been an invaluable resource for me. All the advice I have read on OSUT, ABN, and SOPC has been dead on. Thanks.

Outstanding job. Please post your updates in the "letters from school" part of the website from now on. You need to pull your head out of your ass and really learn land-nav. If you can do long legs of land-nav by yourself you are pretty much set. Keep us up to date on your advancement!
