Roger Ranger Jim. I will continue to work hard everyday to achieve my goal. I will also be sure to use the search function and look into talking to a recruiter sooner rather than later.

Hello Rangers,
I realize it has been a while since you've heard from me so I decided to post un update. I've been stretching and working out everyday and have been improving on my goals. My pushups are now up to 62 but my sit-ups have not improved. I am not sure why, as I am doing the same amount of work on each exercise. All this means to me is that I need to suck it up and spend more time on sit-ups to improve my performance. Another disappointment that I have experienced is that my back is still really bothering me so I have not been running (my back pain is all muscular, therefore I am not too concerned about being medically disqualified from an option 40 contract). Aside from my improvement on pushups, a couple more positives is that I lost ~6 pounds and have learned and memorized the Ranger Creed. Although I have experienced some setbacks, I plan on starting to live out the Creed and improving even more for my next update.
