Roger, Ranger Jim. I am waiting for my date to go to MEPs from the recruiter. He had to wait for my med read to come back.

Nate, your APFT scores are abysmal. The two mile is supposed to be a RUN time, not a brisk walk. You have a long way to go in becoming physically fit enough to become a Ranger. You need to push yourself hard, you can't let your body bullshit you.... it will lie to you at every opportunity. Your mind has complete control over your body and is capable of making your body do things you've only dreamed of.

Being a Ranger looks very cool but what you don't see is the pain, misery, and total commitment it takes to get there. You sound like you're developing the commitment it will take to get to your goal and now is the time to do some serious thinking...... is this something you want bad enough to forsake every thing for? If it is..... never, ever guit!

Roger that Ranger ManchuV, this is my current workout routine that I started a month ago. Should probably tweak it to more cardio? I will add in jump ropes every day as well as burpees!

Monday-2 minute drill: push ups, sit ups, pull ups. and 10x100m sprints.
Tuesday-4x15 of squats, straight leg deadlifts, lunges, and glute ham raises.
Wednesday-200/200/100 of push ups, sit ups, and pull ups, all super setted together. and 4x400m sprints.
Thursday-4x15 of deadlifts, overhead press, dips, bent over rows.
Friday-200/200/100 of push ups, sit ups, and pull ups, super setted together. and 6x200m sprints.
Saturday- Cardio and stretching, 2+ miles

My diet consists of tilapia, chicken breast, lean beef, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, brown rice, natural peanut butter, almond butter, wheat bread, etc. My diet is clean, and I drink mostly water (other than beer). Im taking a multi, fish oil, as well as joint support. I think my main problem with PT is that I haven't done endurance training/cardio in a LONG time. I was stuck going to the gym doing chest/tri's, back/bi's, and shoulders/legs with no cardio and no abs. I am ready and committed to being in the best shape of my life and reach my goal of becoming a Ranger. Thank you for the help!
