Well, there's not really much to update here, except me being dicked around about this crap for over a month now.

I sent a letter requesting separation from the USMC DEP by certified mail with receipt confirmation today to the CO of Indiana recruiting. I was completely respectful and sincere in the letter, so I'm hoping this will get it done in a hurry, because my scheduled ship date is 20041115.

My POC with the ARMY recruiter has told me that said recruiter can take me in after my DEP release on the day after my scheduled ship date.

Just for the record, I'm planning on a 91W Option 40 and I'm not signing till I get it. 8)

I'm done with school on Nov. 12 and will FINALLY have my diploma!

Way to go. What made you decide 91W? That's what I'm after when the time comes.

My father is a 91X MOS and I've always been interested in the medical field and things related.

Should I say, 68W? When is the ARMY reclassing the medical field?
