Alright Dude,
I'm going to step out on a limb here and give you some advice. Take a little self-initiative and find out what MOS's the 75th takes. Peruse those MOS's. If you would rather be EOD at the end of the day, then be EOD. If you want to serve in the 75th, then serve in the 75th. It's your career, don't half-ass your job decision. The fact that you are just tossing around MOS's based on their availability in the 75th says something. Pick a job and excel at it. If it gets you to the 75th, then good job.

You can always re-up into something else.
