YOU HAVE GOT TO LOWER YOUR RUN TIMES!!!!! If you've had the guts to train and fight MMA then you should have the guts to run faster! Train harder, train more often, be honest with yourself....do not let your body bullshit you into thinking it can't do any better, IT CAN BUT IT'S BULLSHITTING YOU! If you are the kind of person who can be inspired by a T-shirt, then wear the motherfucker and run. If you do well enough, you should be able to out run anyone that gives you any shit about it.

About being clueless........THINK.....don't rush to conclusions about what someone is saying, listen to EVERYTHING they've said, and THINK. Just like your body, don't let your mind bullshit you by only listening to part of what someone has to say and then rush off the deep end about it! Take a breath to absorb EVERYTHING they've said, and THINK!
