Try opening add/remove programs in control panel and uninstalling all the shit that is obviously installed on your PC. Anything that has to do with adware or spyware needs to go. Things like Gator, Gain, Morpheus,etc all install shit on your PC without you knowing it.

And make sure you have all the latest windows updates.
