RENO Contract

I was just wondering if anyone else spells 'RENO' the way I do?>>>Renew

I'm reviving this thread to make a correction on my ship date and to ask why havn't I been able to RENO (Renew:) ) my contract. I enrolled into my class (I will have 15 credits on August 7th) on June first and have still not gotten a chance to reno my contract. I have been calling weekly since the end of may and still have not renoed my contract. If I do not reno by July 6th then my contract will be void (lack of credits). Is this normal or is there anything I can do to speed this process up?
