Whats the best thing you can do one week out before a APFT?

It is easy to forget that you are an ROTC cadet, and that in your situation your grades are of paramount importance, followed by the PT test. Your military training is still ahead of you. 290 is a good score and you will improve, and I commend you for it. But heed the words Vaff has given you and pay particular attention to the quote in his signature line.
