Ranger Ruess,

I am training to get me in the best shape possible for completing my 11xopt40. I still have a year left of high school to complete, so that will give me ample time to work on my endurance, pushups, crunches, ext.

You listen to The Pastor and show the intestinal fortitude to work out on your own and you'll be halfway there. The rest is mental - time will tell on that one. Good luck.

Welcome. Tell the Pastor you will paint cats on his house for free. He will enjoy that. In fact why don't you rush over to his house and paint them before he gets back. You'll ensure a smooth transition from here on.
