Anyhow, it's very apparent why a website would screen and categorize those who might want to join. ArmyRanger.com is a perfect example of why. It's just that I know that a site ran for professional NCO's, by professional NCO's couldn't be anything BUT quality....that is if it receives universal buy-in.

I honestly don't feel slighted nor marginalized; my life will go on. I'm just looking for any real-time resources so I can "re-G" myself up. I'm headed back to the field Army in a short amount of time and I know that there has been revolutionary change in the short 15 months I've been in recruiting land. What better resource than one designed for and by active duty NCO's?

Oh.

Well, I'll check back with my soldiers later and see if they've found it useful.

I'm not knocking recruiters, but there is a lack of real leadership they have to follow as an example, and since I think I can safely assume that that is a major facet of that site, it may get lost on them. However, anymore about 80-90% of recruiters are detailed, so maybe they'll take a liking to it.
