Jewell, I do say Welcome, and add that it's on you to get up to speed here. You've been given some advice and the rules of the site - and some of what you may feel is abuse. It isn't; it's training. I offer a bit more advice:

Don't take it personal, just take it to heart.

It isn't hard, but it is essential. You show a spunky spirit, so apply that energy to learning and you'll do better.
