That's why I like it here.

People get my shit. 8)

That just doesn't happen in real life. People just look at me with blank eyes, their mouth agape.

I shake my head and walk away, cursed with an intelligent sense of humor. Not willing to try and explain it to them.

Hmmm, something similar happens to me, except that, when I come up with some extremely witty remark, people around here generally look at me with a shocked expression  , and then THEY turn around and walk away......... quickly.

I don't know why.

See - I like that - it's catchy!

But you say that kind of shit around the people I work with these days, and they get all offended, and want to send you to some fucking sensitivity training or some shit.

Fucking people!

David Allen Crow??!?!? Aqre you fucking kidding me? Mom got knocked up at some roadside saloon he was playing in the early 80's? Sometime around "If That Ain't Country" she was bent over the bar getting trained by rednecks, cowboys, and bikers. Do you know for sure which one got it past the goalie?

Impersonating and Officer...

Does your Dad know you did this? I know I wasn't engaged in any of this exchange up to this point, but bud, your nuts can be pounded flat for this type of crap.

Most of us, who are/were O's don't take it well when some SP4 mis-represents themself as holding a commission that was signed by the POTUS and SA, with the advice and consent of Congress. Obtaining one can be a lengthy (and painful) process and if your Dad is, in fact, a commissioned officer, you have dishonored him by your actions.

If one of my soldiers had ever done something like this, I would have immediately referred them for GCM, period. NJP would not have been on the table for consideration, under any circumstances.

Grow up, figure out what you want to be/do, and ditch the Walter Mitty bullshit. In short, be a man.
