I am 19 and set on joining the Army and getting the Option 40 contract. I have bad vision and wear contacts. My question is how will this effect me. Will I have any problems joining or are contacts (eyesight is 20/20 with contacts) allowed and not an issue?

This question is best for a recruiter. Plenty of people in Regiment wear glasses but I am unsure of the exact rules or if you will require some kind of waiver.
