Introduction-Martese

Post by KeepRunning3 »

Hello I'm Martese, I'm 17, I'm a senior in high school, I work a ice cream shop and play lacrosse at my high school.

I signed my 11x option 40 contract in July and ship out May 30 2017, I've wanted to be a Ranger since I can remember and have always been interested by my relatives story's from there time in the service. I hope to learn a lot about the Rangers on this website and use it to help me prepare for my future.

Run 12:50

SITREP 20170101

I have been talking with one of my relatives that was in the 82ed about preparing my self for RASP as well as learning how strip and clean a AR15. I've added some more sprint training to my workouts and cut down rucking to once every two weeks. For school I've added 35lbs in sandbags in to my backpack and started waking up at 4:30 to add a work out before school.

PT Update 20170201
Push up 83
Sit up 90
Pull up 18

I did not do the run on my PT test because I sprained my ankle on Monday, and I am resting it. I met a Medal of Honor recipient last Friday and was able to talk to him and gain a lot of wisdom from his experiences that he shared.im beginning to train harder then I thought I ever could because I feel that I have reached a plateau.

SITREP 20170401

Push ups 78
Sit ups 84
Run 13:20
Pull-ups 16

I've been really busy with school in the past few months. I had a loss in my family that really hit close to home which really changed me, now I feel that I was changed for the better because of the skills I learned to deal with the loss. I have become more motivated then ever and, have never felt more excited to ship in these last 60 days I'm going to bust out the rest af my task list so I have it all done before I leave.
