Rangers, I took the ASVAB today and scored a 94. I then finished up my physical papers with the recruiter and sat down with him to have a talk. He informed me that I have a high chance of receiving an option 40 due to my high score and my being a high school senior. I assured him that I wanted nothing less then the 11x Option 40. He plans to have my job reserved early next week and me heading to MEPs for the physical examination and signing next Thursday.

Rangers, I did not have time to post a sit rep yesterday due to a number of school related circumstances. However, yesterday was very exciting, my recruiter called me around lunch and informed me he saw and 11x Option 40 pop up in the system. He got it reserved for me and I headed down there after wrestling practice. He showed me the reservation and scheduled me for a MEPs visit for the physical and signing on monday.

How is your knee? You do not want to take your physical if you are still injured. Also, we need to see an APT that includes a run time.

Ranger Fuego, My knee was cleared by my school athletic trainer on tuesday. I conducted a PT test after wrestling practice today and the results are below.

Pull ups: 14
Push ups: 73
Sit ups: 81
2 mile run: 14:06
