Introduction: Trey
Hello Rangers,
My name is Trey, I am seventeen years old and a senior in high school. I am a Cadet in the AJROTC program at my high school and co-captain of the wrestling team. I have wanted the opportunity to become a Ranger since my freshman year and am in the process of studying, working out, and finishing up wrestling season in hopes of obtaining an 11x option 40 contract. The biggest reason I want to become a Ranger is the opportunity to serve our great country with the best soldiers possible, and experience the brotherhood and warrior ethos that resonate within the Regiment. I conducted a PT test this morning and these were the results:
Push ups: 63
Sit ups: 69
2 mile run: 14:23
Thank you,
Trey

Roger Ranger Jim,
Pull ups:13
Thank you Ranger Slowpoke, and Ranger Charlie,
A little more about myself: I am a native Texan and a huge history buff. I also enjoy playing Chess, reading, and occasionally playing paintball with my wrestling buddies. I love spending time with my family and my three dogs.

Ranger ManchuV,
That is pretty cool, I noticed your location under your name, but it didn't click in my brain. I love San Antonio and hope you feel the same.

OK, Trey, now you have established a PT base-line to measure your improvement over time. You may find this link helpful.Trey wrote:Rangers, my Bi-Monthly PT scores are as follows,

Re: Introduction: Trey
Rangers, I have a couple updates today and I will start with my PT test.
Push ups: 71
Sit ups: 69
pull ups: 14
I did not include the two mile run in my assessment because I injured my knee last weekend at a wrestling tourney.
I also spoke with my recruiter today, he had me fill out some paper work and take the practice ASVAB. I scored an 88 on my practice test, and he scheduled me to take the real thing at MEPs this coming Monday. I informed him of my dreams of the 75th and he said he would try and help me achieve my goals.

Make sure your Recruiter knows that the 75th is not just something you hope to get, but that it is something you have to have. Nothing less. Give everything you've got, every time you give and never, ever quit. RLTW

[200=size]A little more attention to detail: Ranger Charlie should be Ranger CharlieRanger1FFV. Do not give our Rangers new names - CharlirRanger1FFV earned his name. Apologies to CharlieRanger1FFV?[/size]Trey wrote:Roger Ranger Jim,
