California liberals are trying to start the gun confiscation ball rolling.

This was just brought to legislation again May 28th.
It allows ANYONE, to file for a Gun Violence RO against you, yes that means your neighbor, who doesn't even know you can file one against you if they know you own firearms and say that they are in fear.
And it states that LEO's shall confiscate all firearms in your home and that you not be allowed to own/buy any for one year. There is no notice for you to even argue it, allegedly until 2 weeks after all weapons are confiscated, with no warning or knowledge of said knock on the door by LE.
These people are out of their goddamned minds.
