army fiance, please help

Post by tiffydevereux »

I'm on the verge of making a very big decision in my life and i really need help disseminating some information I've been given by my fiance before i can fully commit to him. It's a long story... Basically the man that i think I'm in love with is recently out of the military due to injuries, and while i know he suffers from ptsd among other issues i feel like he compulsively lies to me about his past. Which may or may not have included a twin brother that was kia two years ago. I am looking for some shred of evidence that this happened And that he was also a ranger . Not that any of that makes me love him. I just want to know if i can trust him in the way he's asking me to. Can anyone help me find out how to confirm this information?

First place to start is by googling the alleged brother's name, along with kia and the country he supposedly died in. If that part is true, it most likely will come up in the first few result.

As for the Ranger part, we would need more information such as whether he served in the Ranger Regiment, attended Ranger School (class number for this would help), timeframe, etc.

All that said, if you already have trust issues with him, maybe you should listen to your instincts.
