Continue to include pull-ups in your workout. We have had trainees fail their Airborne training because they do not execute good pull-ups. Never, never quit!.

Another week has come and gone. Please read the Ranger Creed and start memorizing it. Any developments with your recruiter?

Ranger Jim, I already have it hanging on my dorm wall and write it out long hand every morning. I'm close to having it memorized. I am waiting to get my personal info from home to take be able to take the ASVAB right now.

I also ran another 2 miler, down to 18:01. Still not great, but improving.

I'm also getting set to take the Columbus Fire tests in April, my college roommate is applying and I'm going to apply with him.
