Introduction Carson

Post by Biggu »

Hello everyone,
I am carson and I am currently 16 and am dead set on being a ranger. I lift weights everyday and run 2 miles everyday to train for Ranger school/RASP. Any suggestions on things I should do to prepare or things I should know about the selection process would be great.

I think it would be a good idea on your part to read: "Intro: FAQ"
atop the civilian intro forum.

As I a type I am at a hotel, tomorrow I swear in. There were no option 40 contracts available when I selected my job. I got 11b. I have decided that tomorrow at MEPS I will not join without option 40. I'm not going to cheat myself from my dream even though I know I can get into the regiment the old fashioned way, I want a sure shot.

Agree, take the tests and if there is no Option 40, tell them you will come back and take your oath when there is. Never, never quit!
