Sitrep-CoSa

Post by CoSa »

Today is a great day :D .I was informed a few minutes ago that my recruiter was able to seize an 11x option 40 for me.All I know right now is that I'm slotted for Ft.Benning in July and I need to be at my recruiting station in Arkansas by noon tomorrow to secure it.I'm in Virginia currently, but i'm looking at flights for first thing tomorrow morning.I'd be stupid to let this opportunity slip away.Thank you so much PerryB, I'd never have known that today was my best opportunity if it wasn't for you.I'll post another sitrep when I have news.Small steps, but the ball is rolling Rangers.50 completed and 1 for the Great Ranger in the Sky.

Sitrep: Rangers hours ago I took my oath and cemented my contract.I am now officially a future soldier.Ship date is July 23rd to the Benning school for boys.I stole a shot at the regiment someone else will have to work their ass off to get, and it's my obligation to earn this opportunity and put everything I have into it.The road from here consists of constant PT and preparation.I look forward to the information and advice i've been given and will receive through this site in the future.

I can do 15 pull ups proper form Ranger Jim.It's not terrible, but hearing guys getting dropped from RASP for it tells me it's something I need to work on constantly. When I get home i'll be sure to learn the Ranger creed and begin to live by it.
