Started the Journey into Ranger life in 1973 was with B Co Ranger 75th INF (Airborne) Ft. Lewis Wa. with then SSg Purdy, SSg Thompson, 2Lt Eldon Bargewell until 1974 moved on over to the newly formed
C Co 2/75th Rangers where I found a bunch of like minded Hooahs, (Hated the Legs)Bn Cmdr Bo Baker Cpt Owhl 1Sgt Schalivan SFC Alchin, SSg Roth...from 1974-1976 then Went to FRG A co 1/6th Inf 1st AD Returned to C Co 2/75th RGR with SSg Pancho, 1Sgt Hacker, CSM Bobbie Voyles..1979-1984 then got E-7 went to C Co 1/75th !sg Leigh Cpt Barno (now Gen) then in 85 went to RTB RI at Camp Darby 1986-1989 Went to Panama C Co 1/508th ABN Was PSG/1Sgt In Operation "Just Cause" Was in the assault on the Comadancia with Delta and 3rd Ranger Bn! Returned in 90 to RI at 4th RTB Retired.....
