This reminds me of a Dennis Quaid movie I saw several years ago. Can't remember the name, but he's a diplomat of some sorts working at US Embassy in Paris. While having coffee with his wife and daughter at an open air street cafe he steps away for a minute and a terrorist sets off bomb killing both of them. Next scene he's walking into huge mosque and commences to stackin'em like cordwood. Next scene he's now a sniper in the French Foreign Legion serving in Bosnia. AWESOME film, wouldn't mind seeing it again.
