I am a high school senior and currently have an 11x Option 40 contract. I've been working out for about a year and intend on intensifying my workouts until I leave. My ship date is 20120724.

Thank you for accepting me into your forum, some things I can add about me are that I had initially intended on enlisting in the Air Force to get a slot in the Combat Control pipeline, but then I came across an article about the 75th Ranger Regiment and immediately changed my mind. I entered the DEP just under a month ago and am anxiously awaiting my ship date. My workout now consists of weight lifting M-F, calisthenics(pushups,pullups,situps,flutter-kicks, dips) M-Sat, and running anywhere between 20-30 miles total a week. Once again I appreciate any advice that comes my way.
