Then she needs to be removed immediately from her position by congress and prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows and then, several hundred miles further.

Guess she can tell congress to go fuck themselves, that SHE"S in charge and overide Section 287(g)

We had to deal with this shit before:

He has forbidden his governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

(translation - States can pass their own laws, but at anytime the government can over rule these laws and institute their own)

He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners

(translation - State cannot control who emigrates into them and if they do, the government will not abide by their rules)

He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance

(translation - the executive branch creates new regulatory positions, like czars, against the will of the legislative branch and continue to slow down the businesss of the states with continued regulations)

For imposing taxes on us without our consent

(universal health care)

For suspending our own legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever

(translation - even though the will of the people pass a law, one single government appointed judge can over rule it and tell the states that they have no legal right to pass that law)

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian savages, whose known rule of warfare, is undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions

(translation - he does not stop continued "warfare" on the borders from those who bring that war upon all citizens)

A prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a ., is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Then the bitch (or is that "Butch?") needs to be removed as Centermass said above. Bottom line is she took same oath as us to uphold and defend the Constitution, not Barry's personal agenda. Oh, wait a minute, I was assuming we still lived in a free country. :?
