I have some wicked carpal tunnel in my right wrist, I can only knock out around 15 normal push ups before it's fairly crippling. However, if allowed to do push ups on my knuckles I'm good to go. I'm pretty sure I'm SOL but it's worth asking, could I get through everything with push ups on my fists instead of open hands?
Thanks.
ETA Apologies for not posting an intro first, I just received that PM, heading to make am intro now.
