6'3" and 154#? You need to gain some weight as in muscle mass so you can do more pushups. Eat and lift weights.

Glad I'm not the only one that is, or was, that way. Five years ago I was 6'2" and 140, now I'm 170 and I still look like a stick. You're probably like me where you can eat all day and not gain a pound. The only effective way I gained weight was to reduce my running and lift all the time while making a protein shake after each work out consisting of ice cream, milk, and whey protein. It'll add a few hundred calories to your daily diet.

I'm also glad that I'm not the only one who is this way! No matter how much I eat I sometimes won't gain a pound. It's crazy!
