Despite what some of the fearmongers would have us believe, there is a lot of good stuff happening in the world of gun laws lately. Georgia is making improvements in their laws that should improve reciprocity and remove some old barriers.

So I am reading the legislation and I think you might misunderstand. It states that you may carry openly without a permit, and that Arizona is a "Shall Issue" state so they are compelled to issue a license if are over 21 and legally allowed to own a firearm. After two reviews I see nothing about concealed carry WITHOUT a permit.

Rangers, No disrespect but I live in Arizona and have followed this closely . Yes Arizona is an open carry state. This bill says anyone over 21 can carry CONCEALED . Will go into effect as soon as signed. Here is another link.
