I would suggest to begin working with a good physical therapist or sports medicine doctor.
Also, with the VA, the maximum rating they will give for any section of your spine (ie Thorasic/Lumbar/Cervical) is 40% per section. However, IF your Thorasic injury is causing secondary conditions in the Cervical or Lumbar regions then you can make a claim for those areas as well.
