pt test

Post by bostonian »

Hi Rangers, I was wondering what would be a good amount of time to wait in between taking pt tests. I am trying to improve my score and didn't know when I should test again. Thanks.

You won't see much change if you do it daily. Give yourself 3 - 4 days at least. If you have the time, weekly testing should provide a good yardstick. Never, never quit!
