Contract Mistake!!

I just today found a mistake in my contract (I think). On the 2nd page of it, where it has all the infomation about you physical i got 111111, the mistake was on the 3rd page. On the 3rd page they said on my physical I got 111221. Now my question is, am I fucked, or is that a small typo and who ever will look over my paper work will see that on the 2nd page I got 111111.

Yeah, he said he will see me monday, its just I asked here to see if SFC Hit_it would know if it was a big deal or not.

given what you put here, you wear glasses, and maybe had some sort of head thing either seen or disclosed during your physical.

the glasses won't be a big deal, but let your recruiter check on the other issue.

IF HIS COMPUTER HAS YOU LISTED AS 111111, you're fine.
