Anyone have some solid ways to build up weight? Seems with the amount of running, swimming and crossfit style PT's in our training program its impossible to keep weight on.
I eat as much as possible, mostly smaller meals/snacks throughout the day.
If im able to hit of the gym I have a 32g whey protein shake after I lift.
I'm 5 11 and been stuck at about 170-175. Id like to get up to about 185.
Anyone have some good food items/snacks they like to use? Full of protein, carbs etc? That are easy to keep in a barracks room (have a fridge and a microwave).
I'm almost to the point of adding MRE's to my regular diet, nothing better then a veggie omelet.
